
If I invited you to walk into my kitchen and dining room right now you would see over 100 cookbooks including the entire Southern Living Magazine Cookbook collection from 1979 to 2009. Reading cookbooks is a hobby of mine. I can spend hours flipping the pages and tasting the recipes in my mind. Chris and I are not partial to any specific style of cooking or follow any particular diet other than balanced nutrition from all food groups including desserts. We believe that old fashioned exercising and counting calories will help you achieve the weight that you hope to be.
